As a small, family-run business, we believe looking after homes and gardens also means looking after the environment they sit. Sustainability isn’t just a trend for us-it’s simply about doing things properly and responsibly with long-term care in mind, which is why we implement key sustainability measures across daily operations.
All green waste we remove is used within our very own woodland; by managing the green waste ourselves this ensures nothing goes into landfill. Composting and mulching green waste are highly recommended, putting organic matter back into the ground plays a crucial role in ecosystems by providing nutrients, improving soil structure and enhancing water retention. We encourage all customers to have their own compost/ mulching bays to put the organic matter back into their own gardens for optimum goodness, all while being environmentally responsible. Non green waste is always recycled as much as possible.
Grow your own! We absolutely love to help customers grow their own fruit and veg. Nurturing and watching your produce grow to enjoying it together sat round the table, is in our option the most rewarding way of “doing your bit”.
Plant based, chemical free products are used as much as possible, however sometimes where this is not possible chemical sprays are used carefully under the correct conditions.
Our machinery is highly durable and is maintained regularly which ensures optimum efficiency, reduced emissions and a long-life span, so not to be frequently replaced.

We are passionate about nature, protecting it and giving back, so since January 2026 we have teamed up with Ecologi to plant 1 tree per invoice raised. The trees will be purchased at the end of each month for each invoice raised that month, at no extra cost to you! The wood we use for woodworking projects is recycled or sustainably sourced from local certified suppliers, ensuring we are not adding to deforestation. We are also proud to make a monthly donation to a fantastic non profit organisation called Jungle Keepers, they are a team of indigenous leaders doing their upmost best on the front line to protect the amazon.
